📜 Terms & Conditions – Hi LemonCity

Welcome to Hi LemonCity (“Platform”). By using our website or app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Use

• Hi LemonCity provides an online shopping platform and a business directory (Diary).
• You must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of forming contracts.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payments must be made through authorized methods only. 
• Prices may change without notice.

4. Business Directory (Diary) Listings

• 1. Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truth, and completeness of the details you provide (name, address, contact info, photo, etc.). False or misleading submissions may be removed without notice.
• 2. Information: Just submit the information that’s relevant to you. Do not post any confidential, private, or copyrighted.
• 3. Verification & Approval: All submissions are reviewed by our team before publication (if need). We reserve the right to edit (for spelling mistake or any unwanted background item in uploaded photos, if needed), reject, or remove any listing at any time without prior notice. if a submission breaks the rules, appropriate action may be taken.
• 4. No Ownership or Partnership: Our website is a public information platform. Listing your business here does not imply partnership, endorsement, or ownership by us.
• 5. Responsibility & Liability: We are not responsible for any incorrect information, loss, or damage resulting from published listings. Users should verify business details independently.
• 6. Removal Request: If you are the owner of a listed business and want it removed or updated, please contact us with proof of ownership.

5. API and Notifications

• We may send service notifications via Email, SMS, or APIs (One Signal / WhatsApp). 
• You can disable them in your settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Do not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack, or spam other users.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, images, graphics, codes, text) belongs to Hi LemonCity or its licensors. 
• Do not copy or reuse without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses, API issues, or temporary downtime caused by third-party systems.
• My Company cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer. 

9. Product Responsibility

• All products are sourced from independent vendors. The website only acts as a medium between the vendor and customer. 
• Product quality or damage is the sole responsibility of the vendor. 
• We aim to deliver all products safely and securely.

10. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We strive to deliver all products safely and on time. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business hours or days and delivered within 1–7 business hours or days, depending on location and product availability.
• 1. Delivery Method: Hi LemonCity does not sell products. We only pick up items from vendors and deliver them to customers. All deliveries are handled directly by our team. No third-party courier services are used (inside Puliyangudi).
• 2. Delivery Limitations: Currently serving Puliyangudi and selected nearby areas. Delivery is available only within our serviceable areas. Some locations may not be eligible for delivery.
• 3. Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the vendor's location and the customer’s address. Delivery times may be affected by weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• 4. Delivery Charges: We only charge delivery fees. Product prices belong to the vendor, not Hi LemonCity.
• 5. Tracking: Customers will receive updates via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp when tracking information is available.
• 6. Responsibility: Hi LemonCity is fully responsible for handling and delivering the package until it reaches the customer. If any issue occurs during our delivery process, we will address and resolve it based on our service guidelines.
• 7. Incorrect Address: If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or cancelled. Additional delivery fees may apply.
• 8. Vendor Packaging: Vendors are responsible for proper packaging of the product. Hi LemonCity is not responsible for product quality or condition inside the sealed package.
• 9. Customer Verification: Customers may be asked to provide the order ID or mobile number at the time of delivery to confirm identity.
• 10. Delivery Attempts: If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt may be scheduled. Additional charges may apply.

11. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Selected Product only. Product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase (bills, invoice). Returns of sold items will be accepted only upon prior approval from the respective seller. The seller may approve or reject any return request based on their individual return policy.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom-made items, perishable goods, and digital products are not eligible for return/refund.
• Process: After we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. or any other payment method if available (after verification).
• Rejection: Requests may be denied if product shows signs of use, damage (not reported at delivery), or missing parts.

12. Vendor Terms & Conditions.

• Products: You provide product details, prices, and images. 
• We only show what you give us. We don’t own the products. 
• Responsibility: You are responsible for your product's quality and legality. We only deliver your products; we are not responsible if there’s a problem with your product. 
• Delivery: You must deliver the product as ordered by customers. We help with delivery, but we are not liable for delays or mistakes from your side. 
• Sharing Content: By listing on our site, you allow us to show your product images, descriptions, and contact info.  Make sure all the information you give us is correct and allowed to share publicly. 
• Prohibited Content: Do not upload illegal, fake, or offensive content.  We can remove listings that break these rules.

13. Tax & Seller Disclaimer

• Hi LemonCity is an online marketplace where both registered vendors and the public can list and sell their products. 
• The website itself does not collect or charge any GST/VAT or other taxes directly. 
• All taxes (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the respective sellers. 
• LemonCity acts only as a digital platform that connects buyers and sellers. 
• Buyers should verify the seller’s invoice or product details for applicable taxes before completing a purchase.

14. Photo Upload

• You must upload only the photos that you personally own or have the rights to share. 
• Do not upload photos that belong to someone else or contain private content without permission.
• You may upload photos that are royalty-free, public domain, or open-source. Any photo with a paid or restricted license is not allowed.
• Uploading copyrighted or licensed photos without the owner’s written consent is illegal. The uploader will be fully responsible for any copyright issues.
• Uploaded photos may be resized or edited to remove unwanted backgrounds/items or enhance visual quality. 
• The photo will be published after analyzed if needed
• The website reserves full rights to approve or reject uploads. The website will decide whether they should be published.
• The website will also determine how many days published photos can remain online.

• This website provides a platform for the public to submit information about missing persons for the purpose of helping families, communities, and authorities locate them/that.

• You (the informer/uploader) must submit only accurate, truthful, and verifiable information.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information is strictly prohibited.

By submitting details, photos, or documents, you confirm that:

• the information is true to the best of your knowledge,
• you have the right to share the submitted content,
• the content does not violate any copyright or legal restrictions.

• All submissions may be reviewed by our team before being published.
• We may contact you for clarification, correction, or confirmation.

• We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission that:
• contains false information,
• violates privacy laws,
• is inappropriate or irrelevant,
• includes copyrighted or unauthorized photos.

• This website acts only as a public information platform.
• We are not responsible for the success or failure of locating any missing person or items.
• We are not responsible for false or misleading submissions by user.
• We are not responsible for any damages, disputes, or losses resulting from user interactions.
• We do not replace police, government, or legal authorities.

• You agree that you are solely responsible for the information you submit.
• You must ensure the information does not harm, defame, or misrepresent anyone.

• By submitting the form, you allow us to contact you for verification purposes.
• User mobile and email will not be publicly displayed unless the user provides explicit permission.

• NGOs, volunteers, or individuals may help in finding missing persons or lost items
• Hi LemonCity is not partnered with any specific NGO, government agency, or police department.
• user may independently choose to contact authorities.

10. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

• Submit human trafficking-related or illegal content
• Impersonate someone else
• Upload sensitive information like Aadhaar numbers, bank documents, or medical reports

• You agree not to misuse this platform for harassment, threats, false claims, or illegal activities.

16. Gallery / Wall Poster / Notice / Anjali

General:

Gallery: 

• Only permissible photos, or nature, or related to Puliyangudi are allowed.
• You must upload only the photos that you personally own or have the rights to share. 
• Do not upload photos that belong to someone else or contain private content without permission.
• You may upload photos that are royalty-free, public domain, or open-source. Any photo with paid or restricted license is not allowed.
• Uploading copyrighted or licensed photos without the owner’s written consent is illegal. The uploader will be fully responsible for any copyright issues.
• Uploaded photos may be resized or edited to remove unwanted backgrounds/items or enhance visual quality. 
• Uploaded photos will be published within 1 to 3 days.
• The photo will be published after analyzed if needed

• The website will also determine how many days published photos can remain online.

Anjali:

• 1. User Responsibility: All Post submitted to this platform must be uploaded only by the rightful family member or with the full consent of the family.
• 2. Sensitive Content Restriction: Uploading graphic content, hospital photos, accident scenes, or any disturbing images is strictly prohibited. Only respectful Anjali posters are allowed.

16. Disclaimer

• All information provided on this Platform is for general informational purposes only and is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. 
• Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change. 
• Hi LemonCity is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from this Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
• All products listed on our platform are sold by registered vendors. Any applicable taxes are managed and invoiced directly by the respective sellers. 
• LemonCity acts as a facilitator and does not issue tax invoices to customers.

17. Modifications

• We reserve the right to update this Term & conditions and policy at any time.
• Continued use means you accept the updated version.
