  •  Data We Collect: We collect only the information you voluntarily provide during submission — such as business name, address, phone number, photos, and contact details.
  •  How We Use It: The information is published publicly on our website to help users discover your business or service.
  •  No Sensitive Data: We do not request or store personal identification details such as passwords, ID numbers, or payment data.
  •  Third-Party Access: Submitted data may be visible to search engines (e.g., Google, Bing) as part of public indexing.
  •  Removal or Correction: You can request removal or correction of your listing by contacting us with proof of ownership.

You must upload only the photos that you personally own or have the rights to share.  Do not upload photos that belong to someone else or contain private content without permission. You may upload photos that are royalty-free, public domain, or open-source. Any photo with paid or restricted license is not allowed.
  • Personal Data: Only logged-in users can upload photos. All uploaded photos will be visible to visitors on the website. Please avoid uploading personal, sensitive, or private content.
  • Data Retention: Deleted photos may remain in backups temporarily.
  • Security: SSL and access controls are used for protection. but 100% online safety cannot be guaranteed. The website reserves full rights to approve or reject uploads. The website will decide whether they should be published.
  • Content removal: Any photo that violates these rules or receives a legal complaint can be removed without prior notice.

  • Informer’s (your) name

  • Your personal contact details (name, phone number, email) will never be shared without your explicit permission.

We publish posters only after confirming that the uploader has family permission.

We do not accept or store Aadhaar numbers, medical reports, hospital documents, or any sensitive personal data.

All submitted files are stored securely. Only authorized staff can review and approve content.
6. Sharing of Information

However, if any NGO or public service group is helping in locating a missing person or verifying an obituary, we may share non-sensitive details only with your permission.
7. Removal Request
Family members can request removal of the poster anytime, and it will be deleted promptly.
